And heaven forbid you even form your lips to mention the words ‘red’ and ‘bull’ in the same sentence … you’re an adult, not a kid; you don’t need wings unless your name is Tinkerbell. So stop with the nonsense and just eat! That’s where you’ll get your energy. How about a handful of raw, unsalted almonds? Eggs anyone? Maybe kale is more your speed?
