As much as I adore not only food itself but the act of eating it as well, I will be the first to say that too much of a good thing is, well, not the greatest thing for a body. With a myriad of health issues associated with the after-effects of eating too much (obesity, strain on the heart, diabetes and so on), lives are cut short well before their time. Eat only as much as is needed. We want to see you around for a long time.
