Today’s Foodism: Don’t Hate Yourself For The Wrong Reasons

Admit it: there are times when you eat far beyond the constraints of the waistline of your pants. Mouthful after mouthful . . . you know you should stop, but you can’t. The temptation was far stronger than you were; you gave up and gave in. Now, after the ruins of your meal lay waste on your plate, you hate yourself for doing it. Aren’t you ashamed? Get a grip and stop overeating!  You’ll love yourself in the morning.
