Flavors of Connecticut is a stellar culinary event being held on April 1, 2014 and will feature over 30 local chefs, an opening cocktail reception with hors d’oeuvres and cocktails, and a silent auction including over two hundred items. Each chef will prepare their signature cuisine, with a minimum of five courses, to diners tableside.
Flavors of Connecticut will benefit the American Liver Foundation, which “provides research, education, advocacy and support for 30 million Americans affected by liver disease.”
