Today’s Foodism: What’s All The Buzz About?

Honey is one of those food anomalies for me: the thought of eating nature’s sweetest sweet straight with no chaser repels me, yet I love to add it to an array of dishes and foods (for example, I can stir it into oatmeal, drizzle it on frying bacon, mix it with white balsamic vinegar and cucumbers for a delicious honey cucumber salad and more). Now that I think about it, honey is quite the versatile little thing, isn’t it? Hmmm … perhaps the anomaly isn’t the honey; perhaps it has been me all along.
