Garlic. It soothes, it cures, it feeds, it heals, it beautifies (no, really; it’s naturally antibacterial and the antioxidants work great to treat acne) and it can aid in feelings of happiness (garlic is a great source of vitamin B6 which helps your brain produce dopamine and serotonin, two hormones that can boost your mood. Imagine how blessed you would be if you had ten mothers to do all of that that for you!
