With summer fast approaching (and really, it can’t get here soon enough), it’s high time to pull out those grills, dust off the grill master utensils, don the chef’s toque and hand-form a couple of pounds of ground beef, pork, turkey or bison to create a phenomenal burger! And don’t be afraid to toss other great stuff on the barbie, either. Steaks, fish, kebabs, corn on the cob, sausages, mushroom caps, even fruit […whoa, slow down there, cowpoke!]—you’re only limited by the constraints of your imagination.
