Today’s Foodism: It’s Simply a Guidepost That Leads You to a Wonderful Dish

Recipes are marvelous, aren’t they? They’re the guideposts to your next great meal. As you gather the requisite ingredients, pull out the pots and pans and prepare to cook, remember one very important bit of information: Don’t let your meal be defined strictly by the recipe. It’s okay to alter it to suit your proclivities. Add a little of this, a skosh of that — don’t be afraid to make the recipe your own.
