When you step into your kitchen, you are in control. Don’t be hindered by invisible constraints. Allow your creativity to take the lead. Some meals will be stupendous, others you will quietly throw in the trash and never speak of again. No matter what the outcome, at least you’ll know you tackled that dish on your terms. Bravo to you and your imagination.
