Today’s Foodism: A More Manageable Burn …

We all love stew, in its many forms and iterations. The downside to many variations of stews, however, is the burning sensation in our chest that it evokes. Too bad we can’t have on-demand heartburn, an affliction we can readily deal with in real time, instead of being awakened from a sound sleep, wishing we had never eaten that last tasty spoonful.
