Some cooks think parsley is a lot like a high school homecoming queen – really pretty to look at, but you can’t take her seriously. Such a shame because parsley, this wonderful and versatile herb, can do so much more in the kitchen than garnish. Whether you use curly or flat, make parsley a ubiquitous force in your kitchen.

[Quick use of parsley: Mix a bit of minced garlic and chopped parsley into softened butter and, oolaalaa, bread will sing your praises.]
