We see it every day, sometimes in our own homes but often when we dine out: food that goes to waste. What is scraps to us may be the only meal of the day for others. Be mindful of what’s on your plate. Appreciate it and never allow it to go to waste. If it is too much for you, what is leftover can be just right for someone else.
