For as much as we cling to the foods that we love, we cannot be so attached to them that they make up the bulk of our diet. As much as I love crab legs, I would likely be doing myself a disservice if that were all I ate day in and day out. Don’t be afraid to mix it up. Diversify your menu. It’s okay if you love cheddar, but do so in moderation. After all, man cannot live by grilled cheese sandwiches alone.
