Today’s Foodism: ‘Tis The Season to be Cheesy

Cheese, wonderful cheese. Cheese is so damn good. I don’t need a holiday to celebrate with cheese. Let’s face it: any day is a good day for cheese. I’m an equal opportunity cheeseaholic; I want it all the time. But when the holidays approach, cheese hits the dining landscape in many forms and fashions: rolled into a ball with all sorts of nuts stuck to it, cubed and assaulted by toothpicks speared through the middle, sliced super-thin and added to a charcuterie tray and more. This holiday season, why not cheese it up? Your stomach will thank you.
