Today’s Foodism: Steak 101— How to Properly Eat It

Expanding waistlines, cardiovascular diseases and cancer aside, meat is pretty good. And steak? Yeah, steak … I had not eaten it for almost 25 years, and then I fell off the meat wagon … hard. That’s okay, though. Steak isn’t an everyday thing for me, but every once in a blue moon I do crave it. When I get to satisfy that urge, you can bet I take pleasure in it, smile and all.
