Today’s Foodism: Secret Lives of Stunt Doubles

Do you too find yourself eating so much and so often that it’s like a second job? Not a part-time job, either; I’m talking a bona fide full-time endeavor at which you strive to excel? If this sounds like you, first of all, stop it … just cut it out. Second, let others do the eating. There’s no need for you to work twice as hard when the only reward to gain is weight.
