Obsessions can sometimes be a good thing. They drive us to do better and reach higher heights in life. Then there are those obsessions which rob us of rational thought, leaving us fixated on a pipe dream or an altered reality. Perhaps there is a middle ground between chef and eating disorder. Tread on that path for your sanity, stability and wellbeing.
