I bet you’re wondering why a food-centric blog is writing about an organization that endeavors to champion consumer trust in businesses. Well today is your luck day. This post isn’t about that BBB at all.
Prepare yourself, Atlanta area … it’s almost time to whet your whistle and satiate your appetite. Atlantic Station will be the backdrop for a whole buncha beer, a bevy of bourbon and a boatload of BBQ. The Beer, Bourbon & BBQ Festival* is returning to Atlanta, and this year it will be bigger than ever. (No, really . . . big tents and everything!)
Take notes, good people. The tasty festivities take place Saturday, February 28th, 2015. 60 Beers. 40 Bourbons. Tons of BBQ. Somewhere in a parallel universe, nearly everyone is doing the “Snoopy Dance of Joy.”
Rain or shine, there will be music, cooking demonstrations, exhibits, a beer belly contest, seminars and, of course, hundreds will be lining up to sample the goods.** Guests receive a souvenir glass for all of the liquid tastings that will ensue.
The VIP list of participating restuarants include:
Angelfire 7 BBQ
Bellwoods Social House
Pit Boss BBQ
Salted Hog Competition BBQ
Shane’s Rib Shack
Southern Soul Barbeque
Sweet Auburn Barbecue
The Pig & The Pearl
The Smoke Ring
