Today’s Foodism: Wine and Food … I’ll Take Both, Please

I’ve met quite a few winemakers as well as chefs. The ones who are truly impassioned speak with hearts shooting forth from their eyes. Who is the more ardent of the two? This is not for me to say. I will say, however, that as long as great vintners continue to produce impeccable wines and talented chefs persist in creating delectable cuisine, they’ll get little argument out of me.
