White bread is synonymous with plain, ordinary, boring. Oh yeah … it’ll also blast your blood sugar into the stratosphere — quick, fast and in a hurry. Skip the white bread and dream big —go for something with a bit more panache, like 100% whole grain. Your body will thank you for the fiber boost. And it tastes great, too.
